Pivex Membership is a monthly way to buy the same 1-step challenge. You pay every 30 days and receive a new challenge account each billing cycle. Accounts you do not open yet wait as credits for three months, and after a breach you activate a credit instead of paying again. Billing stops when you pass and reach the Pivex Trader stage. The rules of the challenge do not change. The target is still 10 percent, the daily loss limit 4 percent and the static total loss limit 6 percent. You still need at least 5 trading days, and there is no deadline.
The question Membership answers is not "what does one account cost" but "what does each attempt cost". This guide works through that number, the rules in dollars, and every step from checkout to the first reward.
Rules by account size
Membership comes in four account sizes. The table below turns the challenge rules from the Pivex help center into dollars for each one.
| Account size | Profit target (10%) | Daily loss limit (4%, day one) | Equity floor (6% static) |
|---|---|---|---|
| $10,000 | $1,000 | $400 | $9,400 |
| $25,000 | $2,500 | $1,000 | $23,500 |
| $50,000 | $5,000 | $2,000 | $47,000 |
| $100,000 | $10,000 | $4,000 | $94,000 |
A few details sit around those numbers:
- First month. A first-ever purchase with Pivex starts at a discounted intro price. From the second month the standard monthly fee applies. Current prices for each size are shown on pivex.com and at checkout.
- Promo codes apply to the standard monthly fee, not to the intro month.
- Taxes such as VAT or GST may be added at checkout, depending on where you live.
- The $200,000 size. Membership covers the $10,000 to $100,000 sizes on pivex.com; the $200,000 size is listed under Classic.
- The daily limit moves with you. It is 4 percent of the equity you start each trading day with, and the trading day resets at 00:00 UTC. The total floor never moves.
Cost per attempt: how the maths works
With a one-time purchase, every new attempt is a new purchase at the full one-time price. With Membership, each billing cycle adds an account, so the price of a single attempt keeps falling while you stay subscribed.
Take a $25,000 account and a first-time buyer:
| Cycle | You pay | Accounts available |
|---|---|---|
| Month 1 | The intro price | Account 1, ready to trade |
| Month 2 | The standard monthly fee | Account 2, saved as a credit if you are still trading account 1 |
| Month 3 | The standard monthly fee | Account 3, saved as a credit |
| Total | One intro month plus two standard months | 3 accounts on the same rules |
Divide what you paid by the accounts you received, and that is your real cost per attempt. It falls with every cycle in which a new account arrives.
The help center describes the Membership price per account as roughly 1.5 times lower than buying the same account one-time. The saving only exists if you would actually use more than one attempt. A trader who passes on the first try has paid for one account and that is fine; a trader who never opens the credits has wasted them.
Two habits make the arithmetic work. Open a credit soon after a breach rather than letting it age, and note when each credit was added, because each one lasts three months.
Risk per attempt: what the limits allow on $50,000
Cost per attempt is only half of the picture. The other half is how many losing trades an attempt can absorb.
Take a $50,000 account and a fixed risk of $250 per trade, which is 0.5 percent of the starting balance.
- 6 losses in a day reach 3 percent, the point where Daily Loss Protection pauses a Membership account.
- 8 losses in a day reach the 4 percent daily limit of $2,000, which ends the attempt.
- 12 losses in total reach the 6 percent floor of $47,000.
The target is $5,000, and at least 5 separate trading days must carry a trade. There is one more rule to plan for: no single trading day may account for more than 50 percent of your total profit. If one day earns $3,000 of a $5,000 total, the account is not breached, but the upgrade waits until the total reaches $6,000. Plan for steady days rather than one big one. If you like to model these lines yourself, our trading drawdown calculator walks through the formulas.
Daily Loss Protection: the safety net on every Membership account
Daily Loss Protection is included with every Membership account, at every size. If your loss in a single day reaches 3 percent, two things happen:
- Your open positions are closed, which locks the day at roughly 3 percent instead of letting it run on.
- Trading pauses until 00:00 UTC, when the next trading day begins.
Your account stays open, your progress toward the target is kept, and nothing resets. On a $50,000 account that means the day stops near $1,500 of loss instead of reaching the $2,000 limit that would end the challenge. The protection works once per account, so treat it as a seat belt rather than a plan. It is a Membership feature.
Credits and restarts after a breach
Breaching a rule ends that account's path to the next stage. All open trades close at once, and the account can still be traded for practice, but it can no longer be upgraded. On Membership you have three ways forward:
| Option | What it costs | Effect on your billing date |
|---|---|---|
| Activate a saved credit | Free | No change |
| Wait for your next renewal, then activate the new account | Already covered by your plan | No change |
| Buy a new account now (paid restart) | The standard monthly fee | Resets to the day of the restart |
There is no cap on how many credits you can hold. A credit is not created on the trading platform until you activate it. That is why a paid renewal can look like "no new account" until you open the Membership tab.
Billing, failed payments and cancelling
- Billing date. You are billed every 30 days from the day you first subscribed. A KYC review or an upgrade wait does not move it.
- Failed payment. Trading pauses, platform access stays on, and the charge is retried during the month. When a payment clears, trading resumes and the renewal date moves to that day. If nothing clears within the month, the Membership closes.
- Several plans at once. You can hold as many Memberships as you like, each with its own billing date, alongside one-time accounts.
- Bigger size. Moving to a larger account size mid-way is allowed; it is charged at the standard monthly fee and keeps your renewal date.
- Cancelling. You can cancel from Settings and keep trading until the end of the period you paid for. Know the trade-off before you do it: a Membership cancelled before you pass makes that account ineligible for the upgrade, even if every rule is met later.
What happens after you buy
Here is the path from checkout to the first reward, step by step.
- Confirmation email. It arrives with your profile and trading platform details.
- Dashboard login. Go to start.pivex.com, enter your email and use the 6-digit one-time code sent to your inbox.
- Platform. Open Trading Platform from the left-hand menu to reach Match-Trader and place your first trade.
- Daily check. The dashboard shows your profit, drawdown and trading days. There are no alerts as you approach a limit, so look before each session.
- Credits. Unused accounts sit in the Membership tab, where you activate them.
- Upgrade request. When the target and every rule are met, an Upgrade Account banner appears. Click it to start a review that usually takes a few business days. Your Membership must still be active.
- Agreement and KYC. Accept the Trader Agreement, then verify your identity with a government photo ID and a selfie through Sumsub. Billing continues during the review, so apply early.
- Pivex Trader stage. You receive new account credentials and your Membership billing pauses. Saved credits are set aside; to use them later you start a new Membership of the same size and plan type, and the three-month window still applies.
- First reward. You can request it 14 days after activation, once you have at least 5 trading days. Use the Withdraw tab and choose bank transfer. The first review can take up to 5 business days, and the reward is delivered within 24 hours of approval. The default split is 80 percent and the minimum reward is $50.
Membership or Classic: which fits you
| Membership | Classic | |
|---|---|---|
| What you pay | A fee every 30 days | One fee, once |
| Accounts | A new one every cycle | Exactly one |
| Restart after a breach | Free, if you hold a credit | Buy a new account |
| Inactivity rule in the challenge | None | 30 days without a trade closes the account |
| Daily Loss Protection | Included | Not listed for Classic |
| Add-ons at checkout | None; the AI Challenge Assistant can be bought once and runs alongside the Membership | Profit Split Boost to 90%, 7-day reward schedule |
| Account sizes | $10,000 to $100,000 | $10,000 to $200,000 |
| Fee refund | Membership fees are not refunded | The fee is refunded with your third reward, on request |
You can run both: a Classic account for a single planned attempt and a Membership for practice runs with a safety net.
Who Membership is not for
- One-shot traders. If you want a single attempt with no recurring charge, Classic is simpler.
- Anyone who might cancel before passing. The upgrade depends on an active Membership, so a cancelled plan cannot be rescued at the finish line.
- Traders who need a $200,000 account, the Profit Split Boost or the 7-day reward schedule. These sit on the Classic plan.
- People who will not use the credits. Unopened credits expire after three months and their value goes with them.
